In January 2022 I took part in a training day with ChiMedics via zoom with other therapists in England, Wales and Ireland.
Chi Medics is an exciting holistic Energy Therapy which combines the Chinese Philosophy with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), incorporating acupressure as well as acu-points and meridians into foot reflexology in a gentle way.
Following submission, review and marking of case reports, I am delighted to now have ChiMedics approval to use their techniques to enhance my practice. I am listed as one of their CPD therapists.

Hot Stone Reflexology

I am super proud to share with you my CThA accredited training in Hot Stone Reflexology. It was wonderful to study under the first-class tutoring of Reflexologyuk.org who I gained my feet, hands, facial and advanced reflexology qualifications and competences with.
Hot Stone Massage may seem like the latest fad however the therapy can be traced back more than 2,000 years ago, with the Chinese using heated stones to help their internal organs work to the best of their ability.
There is also evidence of hot stones being used in both religious ceremonies as well as throughout folklore, with records been discovered not only throughout Europe but also in India, Egypt, the Americas and Africa.
